Dear Parents & Guardians,
Every year the parents of UHill Secondary host a teacher appreciation breakfast to thank the teachers for the time and effort they put into educating our children.
This year the breakfast will take place at the school on Monday, June 26 at 8:00 am in the Upper Learning Commons.
We are looking for volunteers to do the following:
- Food Donations (20-25 parents): Make and deliver breakfast food such as scones, muffins, fruit salad, fried rice, noodle, pancake, steamed bun, etc… between 7:30 and 8:00 am.
- Morning set u-p crew (5 parents): 7:15 to 8:00 am, lay table cloths, flowers, cups, serving spoons, plates etc., receive food and make a nice presentation of lighter items, put up signage to show where the Learning Commons is located.
- Clean up crew (5 parents): 9:00 to 10:00 am, clean dishes, move the food to staff room。

Parents are encouraged to attend the breakfast themselves to meet with and talk to the teachers. However, if you are unable to miss work you can just drop off your food at the school before 8:00 am, thank you.
