UHill PAC Elections

Hello UHill Parents,

At the next UHill Secondary PAC meeting (May 28), we will be holding elections for the 2014/2015 PAC Executive. Elected PAC executives work together between general PAC meetings to organize and carry out the day-to-day work of the PAC. 

The positions open for election are:

• Chair and Vice-Chair (or Co-Chairs)
• Treasurer
• Co-Secretaries (English and Mandarin)

Other positions can be added at the meeting. Some suggestions are a Fundraising Chair or Parent Representatives from each grade. 

The PAC meeting is on Wednesday, May 28 at 7 pm in UHill Secondary’s library.

We encourage all parents to come to this meeting – even if you don’t want to be on the executive. The more people we have at the meeting, the better the election process will be. This is also a great opportunity to meet other parents; Steven Cameron, UHill’s principal; and Student Council representatives. 

If you are interested in joining the PAC Executive, please be prepared to speak briefly about what you would bring to the role.
